Payment
Well we had to put this in somewhere … Once you and your group have decided that a Biarritz Golfing Experience is too good an opportunity to miss and have let us know your requirements, we will send you a booking enquiry and then ask you to confirm your choices by signing the form and returning it to us with a 25% deposit of the total holiday price.
The payment can be made by either sending us a cheque in Sterling, made payable to Biarritz Golfing Experience or alternatively it may be more convenient for you arrange a direct bank transfer to our company bank account. We will of course send you the relevant details to enable you to make the transfer using this secure and very safe method.
For the first time this year we can to offer you the facility to pay by credit card utilising the PayPal system. You do not need to join PayPal to make any payments as we will send you an invoice by email with a secure link to them. You then click on the link to PayPal and then simply arrange to pay them with your preferred credit card. This method of course offers you even greater protection. When your funds have been received using which ever method you decide, we will complete all your holiday arangements arrangements and confirm them to you in due course.

Full payment for your golf break will be required no later than six weeks before your date of arrival in Biarritz. If you decide to experience a Biarritz golf break and it is less than six weeks before your arrival date, payment will be expected in full at the time of booking. If the final balance for any booked holiday is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
